Cheap blades without this feature heat up as you cut, expand, bind on your stock and lead to stress on your motor and in extreme cases will burn out your motor. This blade runs clean and quiet, always a feature of a good quality blade.  

    Crosscutting operations are recommended for timber up to 2½" thick.  For safety, never cut without your riving knife and saw guard in place and always wear eye protection..
