    For UK customers ONLY sometimes the only resolve is a headstock overhaul.

    With the closure of Shopsmith in the USA the demands on my time are increasing substantially.

    This is forcing me to now charge for emails and Whatsapp calls to help with customer problems.

    Overheads for this business need to be covered if I am to provide any form of ongoing commitment for support.

    I look for your understanding on this matter.

    Most calls for assistance with a problem can be dealt with via email.

    I have lots of experience in solving issues with Shopsmith machines and ways to advise you.

    A visual call via whatsapp is recommended and important if you have left your machine standing for long periods of inactivity.

    If you have recently purchased your machine and are unsure of the history then please contact me for advice.

    An initial workshop service overhaul of your headstock will bring your machine in line with current Health and Safety requirements
