    Kerf on this blade is 3.2mm 

     use this for ripping down the grain of your stock timbers. It gives a clean smooth finish ready for final sanding.  This blade runs clean and quiet, always a feature of a good quality blade.

    use this for ripping down the grain of your stock timbers. You can use it for crosscutting but our 48 Tooth TCT blade is better. These blades have four expansion slots cut into the blade to eliminate stress and heat buildup on the inner core of the blade. Cheap blades without this feature heat up as you cut, expand, bind on your stock and lead to stress on your motor and in extreme cases will burn out your motor. This blade runs clean and quiet, always a feature of a good quality blade.  

    Ripping operations are recommended for timber up to 1½" thick. If you want to rip thicker stock than this I personally recommend using your bandsaw, less waste, less stress on your motor and no binding problems.  For safety, never cut without your riving knife and saw guard in place and always wear eye protection..
